Right of withdrawal & return policies
A. Withdrawal instructions
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pull Up Case GmbH, Dauchinger Str. 34/1, 78056 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, Phone: +49 (0)7720 9558720, Email: info@pullupcase.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us.
For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
General information
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
- Please return the goods to us preferably in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components.
- If necessary, use protective outer packaging.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

C. Return policies (in addition to the right of withdrawal)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the following additional return policies apply to us:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- The goods must be unused, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.
- For returns, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price.
- Promotional items / sale products are excluded from returns.
These return policies apply in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and do not restrict it.
