How do I use the Pull Up Case correctly?

The Pull Up Case was designed to make packing and presenting your products as easy as possible. Pull the lid up, fold open the front, and you have full access to the interior with compartments and a folding shelf.

Tip: Use the optional packing cubes to store your products systematically and space-savingly.

The packing cubes help you to pack your pull-up suitcase systematically and efficiently. You don't necessarily have to use them, but we recommend them to you. They ensure that you do not overfill the suitcase and that everything has its fixed place.

The serial number is located in the outer compartment of the suitcase.

The size specifications for luggage vary depending on the airline. Currently, we are not aware of any issues with the Pull Up suitcase as checked baggage when traveling.

Our manufacturer has conducted several quality assurance tests. The suitcase was loaded with 30 kg of luggage and tested in a centrifuge to simulate the requirements of a frequent flyer. The telescopic rods and carrying handles were tested for tensile strength. The TSA lock, zippers, and mechanisms for opening the suitcase were tested 200 times. Additionally, a drop test was conducted where wheels and corners were dropped from a height of 1 m.

The pull-up function for folding the suitcase has a certain base weight. The extendable trolley rods are made of ultra-light aluminum. Throughout the entire development process, care was taken to use high-quality and lightweight materials. However, with an empty weight of 8.6 kg, the pull-up suitcase is heavier than conventional suitcases of this size.

The Pull Up Suitcase - suitcase is produced by a Chinese manufacturer who has been producing for other high-quality suitcase brands for many years. The unique components for the production of our suitcase were developed and implemented in close collaboration with the manufacturer. Care was taken to adhere to ethical standards in production and occupational safety.

Use only water to clean the Pull Up suitcase, or - in case of heavy soiling - water with mild, non-corrosive cleaning agents. Too aggressive cleaning agents can damage the material.

Your pull-up suitcase is sewn with waterproof nylon. This ensures water resistance. However, the suitcase is not completely waterproof (e.g., when submerged in water).

Please do not wash the suitcase inserts and packing cubes in the washing machine. If they are dirty, it is best to clean them by hand – with a mild and non-corrosive detergent.

The code for the lock is factory set to 0-0-0 set. You can change this code and set your own combination for the TSA lock.

This is how you change the code:

  1. 0-0-0 entered.
    (If you want to change the code again later, you must know the last set combination.)
  2. Press the small button next to the combination lock with a pen. The button will stay pressed automatically
  3. Turn the number dials and set your desired new combination.
  4. Slide the TSA lock switch up or down to confirm the new code.

Your new code is now active. Make sure to write it down, because the TSA lock can only be reopened with this exact combination.

Only TSA employees at the airport have a key for the TSA lock. This way, they can open your suitcase during a customs inspection without damaging the lock. You yourself can only open the lock with the number combination you set.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping is done from our distribution warehouses in Europe (Germany) and China.

Please note: Depending on the destination country, additional fees such as customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply. These must be borne by the recipient and depend on the respective import regulations of the country.

The shipping costs depend on your country. For the mentioned countries, they correspond to the usual standards for a package of this size. Just tell us your country and your postal code – we will then tell you exactly how high the shipping costs are.

We ship to all serviced countries – depending on the destination address with DPD, GLS, FedEx, or UPS. We always choose the most affordable shipping method for you.

As a rule, you cannot change the order options. However, you can send us an email at info@pullupcase.com with your order number and specify the desired changes.

You can change your delivery address up to 24 hours before the start of shipping. To do so, send us an email at info@pullupcase.com with your order number and the new delivery address. We will contact you to confirm the change.

The shipping confirmation contains your personal tracking number. With this code, you can track the status of your order on the shipping service provider's website.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, PayPal Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Note: For credit card payments, your account will be charged immediately after the order.

If your suitcase arrives damaged, please contact us – we will find a solution together. Attach a photo of the damaged suitcase and your order number to your email and send everything to info@pullupcase.com.

Yes, you can return the Pull Up suitcase or backpack within 14 days of receipt.

Yes, the Pull Up case has the following warranty:

  • 2 years warranty from the invoice date.
  • The warranty covers any technical manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty becomes void if the case is not used according to the user manual.

To simplify future warranty claims, please send us the serial number (located in the outer pocket of the case) at info@pullupcase.com.

As soon as your refund has been approved by our support team, it will be processed within 10 days. Usually, it takes 1–2 days for the money to appear in your account. Your bank may need a little longer to complete the transfer. You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return and issued the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
